Elon Musk has sparked controversy by labeling German Chancellor Olaf Scholz an "incompetent fool" and demanding his immediate resignation in a comment posted on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter).

Musk's remarks were a response to a post about the attack in Magdeburg on Friday evening, which included a statement from Scholz expressing solidarity with the affected community. "My thoughts are with the victims and their families. We are at their side and at the side of the people of Magdeburg," Scholz said in his message.

In a sharp reply, Musk wrote, "Scholz should resign immediately. Incompetent fool." This criticism came just days after Musk expressed support for the far-right political party Alternative for Germany (AfD), following the announcement of snap elections scheduled for next year.

This is not the first time the billionaire has publicly criticized Scholz. Last month, Musk called the chancellor a "fool" after the collapse of Scholz's governing coalition. The Tesla CEO and prominent ally of former U.S. President Donald Trump has increasingly weighed in on political matters in Germany, often stirring significant debate.
